About Us

Four decades of dentistry. One familiar address.

For more than four decades, Woodberry Down Dental Practice has proudly served the local community. Established in 1983 and now led by Neil Shah, the practice continues its founding commitment to outstanding patient care, enhanced by modern technology, contemporary facilities, and a highly skilled team.

Today, under Dr Shah’s leadership, that mission continues. The practice has been modernised, expanded, and made more personalised than ever. It now offers private dental treatments in a beautifully refurbished clinic with six surgeries, built to serve generations of patients to come.

Tour our practice

A new chapter in North London dentistry

Our recent transformation is about more than updated interiors. With additional space, advanced technology, and an even stronger team, we are now able to welcome more families, professionals, and nervous patients into a setting that feels calm, caring, and genuinely local.

From routine check-ups to same-day emergency care, and facial aesthetic treatments, our focus stays the same: personalised dentistry with a human touch.

People-first care, always

We are proud to be a family-run practice that treats every patient like one of our own. That means getting to know you, listening to your concerns, and taking the time to explain your options clearly. Whether you are five or ninety-five, our team will help you feel informed, relaxed, and confident about your dental health.

We also offer extra support for anxious patients. No judgment, no pressure, just a kind and respectful approach that helps you feel safe and in control.

Private treatments with integrity

We offer the full range of dental treatments to all patients from everyday general dentistry to advanced cosmetic care designed to enhance your natural smile. We also provide Invisalign® clear aligners for discreet teeth straightening, and private inhalation sedation for patients who'd prefer a calmer, more relaxed experience in the chair.

Every recommendation is made in your best interest. We will never suggest treatments you don't need. It's care you can count on ethical, transparent, and always tailored to you.
