From a straightforward root canal treatment, it turned into a very complicated treatment plan over a number of visits. Dr Raichura and Dr Li always took time to explain why the procedure was more complicated and at every stage of the treatment, explained exactly what they were doing - I always felt I was in capable hands. Both dentists worked with a calm, methodical approach, frequently checking in to ensure I was comfortable. They always showed images of my tooth on the screen which made it easier for me to understand, especially since the treatment was intense and complicated.

What really stood out was the persistence in trying to save the tooth. There were moments where extraction might have seemed like the easier option, but both dentists were committed to doing everything possible to save the tooth - which they did!!

I would also like to mention both nurses and the reception staff who were always professional, friendly and polite.
