I had a great experience with Dr. Li and Zeynep during my recent filling treatment. Dr. Li explained everything clearly, listened carefully to my concerns, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. He helped put me at ease and even showed me before-and-after photos, which I really appreciated. Zeynep was lovely, friendly, and supportive throughout the appointment. I recently underwent a root canal treatment at Woodberry Down Dental Practice. From a straightforward root canal treatment, it turned into a very complicated treatment plan over a number of visits. Dr Raichura and Dr Li always took time to explain why the procedure was more complicated and at every stage of the treatment, explained exactly what they were doing - I always felt I was in capable hands. Both dentists worked with a calm, methodical approach, frequently checking in to ensure I was comfortable. They always showed images of my tooth on the screen which made it easier for me to understand, especially since the treatment was intense and complicated.

What really stood out was the persistence in trying to save the tooth. There were moments where extraction might have seemed like the easier option, but both dentists were committed to doing everything possible to save the tooth - which they did!!

I would also like to mention both nurses and the reception staff who were always professional, friendly and polite.

I have had 5 implants with Dr Vishal and i have to say that the whole experience has been 1st class , from the consultations all the way up to the surgery and beyond, i could not of asked for a better service . The results are absolutely beyond this world. it has made me so happy , has brought an extreme new level of confidence to my character that far exceeds my expectations.
