What Is All-on-4?
All-on-4 uses four implant fixtures to support a complete fixed bridge replacing an entire arch of teeth. What distinguishes this approach from conventional full arch implants is the positioning of the rear fixtures, which are set at an angle rather than placed vertically. This allows each implant to make contact with a greater volume of bone, which is particularly beneficial for patients who have already lost some bone density in the jaw. In many cases this removes the need for bone grafting entirely, making treatment accessible to patients who might otherwise have been told they were not suitable for implants.
The bridge attached to the four implants is fixed permanently in position, restoring full chewing function and a natural appearance without any need for removal.

The implants bond with the surrounding bone over three to six months. The temporary bridge allows you to eat and function normally during this time.
