What Is All-on-6?
All-on-6 is a full arch implant treatment that uses six implants to anchor a complete fixed bridge of teeth. The additional implants compared to an All-on-4 approach provide greater stability and distribute the load of the bite more evenly across the jaw. This makes it a particularly strong option for patients with higher bite forces, those replacing both arches, or cases where the anatomy of the jaw benefits from additional support points.
As with All-on-4, the bridge is fixed permanently to the implants and does not need to be removed. The result closely replicates the appearance and function of natural teeth.
Who Is All-on-6 Suitable For?
All-on-6 may be the right option if:
Most or all of the teeth in one or both arches are missing or cannot be saved
You want the highest level of stability available from a full arch implant restoration
