What Are Full Mouth Dental Implants?
Full mouth dental implants restore an entire arch of teeth using a small number of implant fixtures to support a fixed bridge. Rather than placing an individual implant for every missing tooth, a planned set of four or six implants is positioned in the jaw to provide a stable, permanent foundation for a full set of fixed teeth.

Preparatory treatment
Where teeth need extracting or gum health needs addressing first, this is planned and completed before implant placement begins.

Implant placement
The implant fixtures are positioned within the jawbone under local anaesthetic. Sedation is available for anxious patients. A temporary fixed restoration is usually provided on the same day or shortly after.

Healing period
The implants bond with the surrounding bone over three to six months. The temporary restoration allows you to eat and function normally during this time.

Final restoration
Once integration is confirmed, your permanent fixed bridge is fitted, custom-made to match your facial features and give a natural, balanced appearance.
